Gary Elmer Willman, 58, Jamestown

Gary Elmer Willman, 58, Jamestown, died Friday, Jan. 1, 2010, at Innovis Health Center, Fargo, N.D.

Mr. Willman was born Dec. 4, 1951, in Jamestown, the son of Elmer and Frances (Eastgate) Willman. He grew up and attended school in James-town, graduating from Jamestown High School in 1970. He married Mavis Wood on Nov. 4, 1972, in Great Falls, Mont. They lived in James-town where he worked as a maintenance mechanic for 30 years at the North Dakota State Hospital. He enjoyed collecting guns and knives, and hunting.

He is survived by his wife; three sons, Casey (Jessica), Chad and Dusty, all Jamestown; his mother, Jamestown; a brother, Ron (Deb), James-town; and three grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his father and a brother, Jim.

Services: 1 p.m. Saturday, Eddy Funeral Chapel, Jamestown, with Pastor Bryce Tahran officiating.

Visitation: 1 to 7 p.m. Friday, Eddy Funeral Home, Jamestown.

Please know that my thoughts are with your family. I worked with Gary and he was always enjoyable. Never passed my office without a "Hey Biker Lady". He was always there to fix something if it needed. I will miss having him around as I know that you will. You will always have great memories to enjoy. Cindy Lien
