Timothy McGillivray

Timothy Allen McGillivray, 29, Fargo, N.D., formerly of Jamestown, died Thursday, Feb. 11, 2010, in Fargo.

Mr. McGillivray was born June 4, 1980, in California, the son of Michael and Connie (Johnson) Mc-Gillivray. He moved with his family to LaCrosse, Wis., and later to James-town, where he attended school. He returned to LaCrosse, where he lived until moving to Fargo in 2010. He enjoyed the outdoors, especially fishing and exploring nature trails.

He is survived by a daughter, Jerzee McGillivray, LaCrosse; a son, Ashton, LaCrosse; three brothers, Daniel (Teresa) McGillivray, Jamestown, Michael (Cindi) McGillivray, Watford City, N.D., and Robert Johnson, Jamestown; four sisters, Kathleen (Andrew) Sandstrom, Watford City, Julietta (Chris) Pahl, Jamestown, Shannon McGillivray, Grafton, N.D., and Carissa (Brett) McGillivray, Fargo; and a special friend, Nvette Retzlaff, LaCrosse.

Services: 2 p.m. Wednesday, Salvation Army, Jamestown.

Prayer service: 7 p.m. Tuesday, Lisko Funeral Chapel, Jamestown.

Visitation: 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral chapel.

Burial: Highland Home Cemetery, Jamestown.
