Ashton Wyatt Lee, 2, Sheyenne, N.D., died Sunday, July 18, 2010, at his family home, under hospice care. Ashton was born May 22, 2008, in Devils Lake, N.D., the son of Crystal LaRoque and Alvin Jamison Lee.
Ashton Wyatt Lee, 2, Sheyenne, N.D., died Sunday, July 18, 2010, at his family home, under hospice care.
Ashton was born May 22, 2008, in Devils Lake, N.D., the son of Crystal LaRoque and Alvin Jamison Lee. He was admitted to University of Minnesota Children’s Hospital, Minneapolis, Minn., and treated for Ewings sarcoma, a rare form of cancer. He returned to Sheyenne on Feb.10, 2010. He enjoyed watching Wonder Pets and Wiggles, and dancing along with them.
He is survived by his mother, Sheyenne; his father, Minneapolis; four brothers, Preston Lee, Loren Nadeau and Issiah Nadeau, all Sheyenne, and Hunter Lind, Beulah, N.D.; a sister, Mackenzie Martin, Sheyenne; and his grandmothers, Joyce Affeldt, Sheyenne, and Lena (Wally) Walleen, Goodrich, N.D.
Services: 2 p.m. Friday, Evans Funeral Home, New Rockford, N.D., with the Rev. Russ Christianson officiating.
Prayer service: 7 p.m. Thursday, Evans Funeral Home, New Rockford.
Visitation: 5 to 10 p.m. Thursday and 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. Friday at the funeral home.
Burial: Prairie Home Cemetery, New Rockford.
