Amy Miller Ludwikoski, 44, Fargo, N.D., formerly of Jamestown, died Friday, July 30, 2010, at Sanford Hospital, Fargo. Amy Sue Miller was born March 25, 1966, in Grand Forks, N.D., the daughter of Jim and Marilyn (Iverson) Miller.

Amy Miller Ludwikoski, 44, Fargo, N.D., formerly of Jamestown, died Friday, July 30, 2010, at Sanford Hospital, Fargo.
Amy Sue Miller was born March 25, 1966, in Grand Forks, N.D., the daughter of Jim and Marilyn (Iverson) Miller. She grew up in Jamestown. She married Jamie Ludwikoski on Aug. 29, 1998. She worked as a day care provider.
She is survived by her husband; three sons, Chris Hanson, Matt Miller and Jake Ludwikoski, all of Fargo; a daughter, Emma, Fargo; her father, Mayville, N.D., two sisters, Mary Jo Miller (Neil) Swanson, Cedar Rapids, Iowa, and Julie Miller (Bob) Erler, Minneapolis; and a brother, Jeff, Mayville.
She was preceded in death by her mother.
Services: 10:30 a.m. Wednesday, Our Lady of Peace Catholic Church, Mayville.
Prayer service: 7 p.m. today, Baker Funeral Home, Mayville.
Visitation: 5 to 7 p.m. today at the funeral home and one hour before the service at the church.
Memorials: The Amy Miller Ludwikoski Memorial Fund, Wells Fargo Bank.
Burial: Calvary Cemetery, Jamestown, at a later date.
