Jeanette M. Fisher, 74, Jamestown, ND, died Tuesday, March 20, 2012 at Eventide at Hi-Acres in Jamestown.
Jeanette Hopkins was born July 4, 1937 in Kensal, ND, the daughter of Raymond and Agnes (Nogosek) Hopkins. She received her education in Kensal schools. On February 22, 1958 Jeanette married Clark W. Fisher in Jamestown. She worked for the Jamestown Café and the White Drug Café.
Jeanette's hobbies included gardening and crossword puzzles.
Jeanette is survived by her husband, Clark, Jamestown; three sons, Terry Fisher (Lori Bentz), Kelvin Fisher and Darrin Fishers, all of Jamestown; one sister, Jenevieve Schrade, Woodland, WA; three brothers, Darrel (Tom) Hopkins, Westminster, MA, Dennis (Charlene) Hopkins, Valley, AL and Duane Hopkins, Brownsmills, NJ and several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents; daughter, Mary Jean; one sister, Joyce Zaun; and two brothers, Wallace and Eugene.
Memorial Service: 1:30 PM, Friday, March 23, 2012 at the Eddy Funeral Chapel, Jamestown, with Pastor Stephen Kyner officiating.
No visitation is scheduled.
