Lorraine L. Klundt, 90, Jamestown, ND, died June 8, 2012 at Eventide at Hi-Acres in Jamestown. Lorraine Lois Frederick was born January 10, 1922 at Buchanan, ND, the daughter of Herbert and Mabel (Reimers) Frederick.

Lorraine L. Klundt, 90, Jamestown, ND, died June 8, 2012 at Eventide at Hi-Acres in Jamestown.

Lorraine Lois Frederick was born January 10, 1922 at Buchanan, ND, the daughter of Herbert and Mabel (Reimers) Frederick. She graduated from Buchanan High School in 1939 and Jamestown School of Business in 1940. She worked as a secretary for Midwest Motors from 1940 to 1946 and later for Grain Inspection. On October 21, 1944 Lorraine married Gust Klundt in Jamestown. They owned and operated Jamestown Body Shop until Gust passed away in 1966.

Lorraine enjoyed bowling, golfing, reading and many different kinds of crafts.

She was past president of the Eagles Auxiliary and a member of the United Church of Christ Congregational.

Lorraine is survived by three children, Sandra (Greg) Gullickson, Aiken, SC, Susan (Roy) Keller, Batavia, IL and Gary (Kathy) Klundt, Jamestown; six grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; one brother, Donald Frederick, Arkansas; and three sisters, Ione Brownson, Montana, Eileen Erickson and Gaye Ketelsen, both of North Dakota.

She was preceded in death by her husband; parents; two sisters, Mertis Eberhardt and Fern Stampka and two brothers, Floyd and Gerald Frederick.

A thank you to special friend, Suzie Zimmerman, for her care and thoughtfulness.

Funeral Service: 10:30 AM, Friday, June 15, 2012 at the Eddy Funeral Chapel, Jamestown, with Chaplain David Fisher officiating.

Visitation: 1:00 to 5:00 PM, Thursday, June 14, 2012 at the Eddy Funeral Home.

Burial: Sunset Memorial Gardens, Jamestown, ND
