Alice Kienzle, 89, Gackle, ND died Tuesday June 19, 2012 at the Eventide at Hi-Acres in Jamestown, ND.
Alice Rath was born June 23, 1922 at Gackle, ND and grew to womanhood in the vicinity.
She and Art Kienzle were married November 28, 1948 at Gackle, ND. They made their home on farms in the Gackle area until 1978 when they moved into Gackle. She was employed at the Gackle Care Center from 1987 – 1997. She was a member of the United Church of Christ in Gackle.
She is survived by her daughter, Peggy (Loren) Schroeder, Gackle, ND; 2 granddaughters and 4 great grandchildren.
The funeral service will be at 2:00 P.M. Saturday June 23, 2012 in the First United Church of Christ in Gackle, ND with Rev. Tim Blackman, officiating.
The interment will be made in the Gackle Cemetery at Gackle, ND.
Visitation – 9:00 A.M. – 7:00 P.M. Friday @ the funeral home in Gackle
