VALLEY CITY, N.D. - Delbert Tibke, 82, Valley City, died Saturday at Sheyenne Care Center, Valley City.
Service: 1 p.m. Tuesday, St. Paul’s Lutheran Church, Valley City.
Prayer service: 7 p.m. today at the church.
Visitation: 4 to 7 p.m. today and one hour before the service Tuesday, all at the church.
Burial: Memory Gardens Cemetery, rural Valley City.
