LeeRoy Rueben Hust 70, of Janesville, WI died Thursday December 13, 2012 at the William S. Middleton Memorial VA Hospital in Madison, WI, due to heart failure.
Lee was born December 30, 1941 in Streeter, ND to Rueben & El Frieda (Remmick) Hust. Lee lived in Tappen and attended school there. They moved to Jamestown where he attended high school. He joined the army in 1959 until 1962. Lee was an over the road truck driver. He lived in North Dakota, Oregon, and Colorado.
He married his last wife, Michele (Thompson) Kaiser-Hust in 2005. They lived in Colorado, Illinois and most recently resided in Janesville, WI.
Lee is survived by his wife, Michele Kaiser-Hust, Janesville, WI; one son Bryan (Dawn) Hust, West Fargo, ND; four daughters, Jeanne (Brian) Laughlin, West Fargo, ND, Julie Hust (Chris), West Fargo, ND, Brenda (Jerald) Roemmich, Jamestown, Debra (Jeff) Schauer, Overland Park, KS; 10 grandchildren: Aaron Hust, Tanner & Mason Laughlin, Ben Dalbol & Alexis Bernier, Blaine Hust, Thomas & Tyler Roemmich, Erin & Sarah Schauer; one great grandson, Brennan Dalbol; two sisters, Marlys Hust and VerDella (Emmett) Nitschke; and one brother, Cliff (Marlene) Hust, all of Jamestown.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
Memorial service: 10:30 AM, Saturday, December 22, 2012 at St. John’s Lutheran Church, Jamestown, ND with Pastor Suzanne Orlopp officiating.
Burial: Highland Home Cemetery, Jamestown.
