Brent Otterson, 36, Jamestown, ND passed away Tuesday, January 1, 2013. He was born on December 9, 1976 in Edina, MN. As a young boy he moved to Jamestown, where he attended and graduated from Jamestown High School. Brent married his best friend, and soul mate, Crystal Marsolek, on April 22, 2006. He was the proud father of their three children, Sheyenne, 16, Braidy, 11, and Triyp, 11 months.

Brent not only had a passion for the outdoors, but an obsession. He loved hunting and fishing with his friends and family.
Brent’s smile, compassion, and sense of humor will be missed by everyone who knew him.
Brent loved to hunt and in his memory and show of respect, the family asks that all who attend the prayer or memorial service to wear camouflage or hunting orange.
Memorial Service: 2:00 PM, Monday, January 7, 2013 at St. John’s Lutheran Church, Jamestown, with Pastor Suzanne Orlopp officiating.
Prayer Service: 5:00 PM, Sunday, January 6, 2013 at the Eddy Funeral Home, Jamestown.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the family to offset funeral expenses.
