FARGO, N.D. - Elsbeth “Elsie” Hazel Sailer, 79, Fargo, formerly of Litchville, N.D., died Friday at her home.

Memorial service: 2 p.m. Saturday, Boulger Funeral Home, Fargo.

Visitation: one hour before the service at the funeral home.
