Brian Semmens, 56, of Jamestown, ND, died Thursday, January 17, 2013 at his home.
Brian was born on November 2, 1956, in Carrington, ND, the son of James and Claire (McCreary) Semmens. He grew up in Carrington and attended school at Pima Elementary and graduated from Scottsdale High School, Scottsdale, AZ. Brian worked as an electrician for Marathon Electric in Phoenix, AZ and returned to North Dakota to work for Bobcat, Co. in Gwinner. Brian was currently working at Temple Baptist Church, Jamestown. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, and telling jokes. Brian had a gift of easily making friends.
Brian is survived by his siblings, Connie (Steve) Speldich, Sykeston, ND, Larry (Sue) Semmens, Florida, Butch (Suzie) Semmens, Carrington, and Mark (Vicky) Semmens, Mesa, AZ; and many nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
Memorial Service: 2:00 p.m., Friday, January 25, 2013 at Temple Baptist Church, Jamestown with Rev. Randy Jaspers officiating.
Visitation: None scheduled. Arrangements are in the care of Williams-Lisko Funeral Chapel, Jamestown.
Interment: Carrington Cemetery, Carrington, ND, at a later date.
