Prayer service: 7 p.m. Thursday, Haut Funeral Home, Jamestown.
Visitation: 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Wednesday and 9 a.m. to 8 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home.
Burial: Sunset Memorial Gardens, Jamestown, in the spring.
