William L. Spotts, 82, Bismarck, ND, died August 7, 2009, at his home with his loving family by his side. Memorial Service will be held Tuesday, August, 11, at 1:30 PM at Good Shepherd Lutheran Church (south campus), Bismarck, ND, with Pastor Craig Schweitzer officiating.

William L. Spotts, 82, Bismarck, ND, died August 7, 2009, at his home with his loving family by his side. Memorial Service will be held Tuesday, August, 11, at 1:30 PM at Good Shepherd Lutheran Church (south campus), Bismarck, ND, with Pastor Craig Schweitzer officiating.

Bill is survived by his beloved wife, Ollie, of 60 years; his son, Dr. Steven (Joy) Spotts of Bismarck, ND, and his daughter Deborah Ann Bjornson of Valley City, ND; his grandsons Chad Spotts (Bismarck, ND), Will-iam James “BJ” Spotts (Grand Forks, ND), and David Spotts (Fargo, ND), his granddaughters Britt (Darren) Schultz of Owatonna, MN, and Annie (Nate) Hall of Salt Lake City, UT; his great granddaughters Alexis & Madison Spotts and Lainey Schultz; his stepsister Jean (George) Stenjhem of Minneapolis, MN.

He was preceded in death by his parents, stepmother, Evelyn Spotts, and stepbrother, Chris Sylvester.

In lieu of plants and flowers memorials are preferred to Camp Grassick in care of Bismarck Elks, 900 S Washington St, Bismarck, ND 58501, St. Alexis Home Care & Hospice Foundation, 1120 E Main of Bismarck, ND 58501, and Lynne Scholarship Fund, c/o Good Shepherd Lutheran Church, Washington & Divide Bismarck, ND 58502.
