Using 8 percent of oil and gas production taxes would raise $35 million in the coming biennium.

The article “Dalrymple signs tax relief bill at legislative wrap-up session” on page A6 in Wednesday’s Sun contained two errors. The type of tax relief signed into law by Gov. Jack Dalrymple was incorrect. Dalrymple signed $250 million in income tax relief. The amount of state funding left to be paid on the metro diversion project was also incorrect. That amount is $275 million.
