Charles Krebs introduced Ritchie Wolff, senior area engineer for Otter Tail Power Co., who spoke to Kiwanis members on one of its business projects. Wolff has been with Otter Tail Power Co. for 34 years. He discussed the electric line project the company is doing to replace conductors in Jamestown. Because of the Great River Energy plant being built, the conductors are now too small and they may be using some or all of GRE’s power.
