Outside of his summer job, Alex Kreis isn’t that much different from most college students. The former Jamestown College pitcher will graduate in December with a degree in business administration and minors in financial planning and marketing. Kreis named DAC’s top pitcher — again
Alex Kreis has been named the DAC’s best pitcher for the second straight season. The senior from Grand Forks went 7-2 for the NAIA National-Tournament bound Jimmies, allowing just 43 hits in 59 1/3 innings with a sparkling 2.43 ERA. The hard-throwing right-hander also struck out 67 batters and was the winning pitcher in the DAC tournament championship game on Sunday in Dickinson.
