N.D. man charged with luring minor via computer
A North Dakota man is accused of committing a lewd act through a webcam to an individual he thought was a 13-year-old girl. The Ward County Sheriff’s Department said 41-year-old Joseph Wayne Thompson of Underwood has been arrested and charged with luring a minor using a computer, which is a felony.

Two people sentenced on felonies
Two people were sentenced on felonies in Southeast District Court. Terry Herman Grommish Sr., 43, 109 Northland Estates, pleaded guilty to luring a minor by computer or other electronic means, a Class B felony. Grommish was accused of using Skype to send sexually explicit messages to a minor he believed to be under age 15 and attempting to solicit sexual acts from her on March 17, 2012.
