The Jamestown Board of Realtors held its annual Charity Christmas Auction in December with four local charities selected to receive a donation on behalf of local board. Zonta of Jamestown met Jan. 9 at the Gladstone Inn & Suites. President Pam Phillips called the meeting to order. County museum getting mortar on its walls repaired
People may not notice it at first glance but the Stutsman County Memorial Museum is currently undergoing a facelift. All of the mortar between the outside bricks is being reconstructed in a process called tuck pointing. Officials believe it’s the first time the whole building has undergone this type of renovation in the more than 100 years the building has existed.
