Kollman speaks on Blewett

Frank Golde
Frank Golde, 59, Jamestown, ND passed away suddenly of natural causes, Saturday, December 22, 2012 at Jamestown Regional Medical Center. Frank was born July 4, 1953 in Bismarck, ND, the son of Lloyd A. and Leona (Briggs) Golde. They lived on the family farm until 1959 when they moved to Jamestown. He was a 1971 graduate of Jamestown High School and went on to earn his chemical engineering degree from UND. He worked for Cargill Malting until his retirement. Frank and Pam Gilbertson Kehl were married in 1992.

County museum getting mortar on its walls repaired
People may not notice it at first glance but the Stutsman County Memorial Museum is currently undergoing a facelift. All of the mortar between the outside bricks is being reconstructed in a process called tuck pointing. Officials believe it’s the first time the whole building has undergone this type of renovation in the more than 100 years the building has existed.

Burglars steal Christmas items from country church
A tree filled with ornaments, a gold cross and statues of Jesus, Mary and Joseph were some of the Christmas things taken in a burglary of a country church southeast of Warren, Minn., Friday. The Polk County Sheriff’s Office said Monday it was investigating the burglary, which it said happened Friday morning and involved “a large amount of property.”
