Rhubarb can bring tartness to many items
Rhubarb brings back many early childhood memories. I remember filling a Dixie-cup half way with sugar, running out to cut a fresh stalk, rinsing it under the garden hose (yes, we could do that in those days without getting sick) and dipping the end into the sugar for a sweet and sour treat. Without the sugar it was just too tart to be eaten alone.

Opinion corner: Wrapping up the season
We congratulate the Yale Bulldogs. Yale’s unlikely tournament run was one for the ages. How could the No. 15 seed, the last team to sneak into the tournament, do so much damage? This was a Yale team that entered the tournament just six games over .500, having barely outscored its opponents over the course of the season.
