The Jamestown Area Chamber of Commerce’s City Beautification Committee has long supported efforts by city residents and businesses to add aesthetic value to the community through tree plantings, development of flower beds, placement of park benches, addition of helpful signage, and other landscaping activities. One of several ways that the committee does this is to provide matching funds for projects through challenge grants.
