A Minnesota man was hauled into a North Dakota courtroom to pay off a court debt from more than 20 years ago. An old warrant recently surfaced in Grand Forks for 44-year-old Kenneth Knutson, who was convicted of forgery in 1992. The minor charge was later changed to a civil judgment and Knutson, of Tenstrike, Minn., still owed $325 in restitution.
