William McMillan, 94, Jamestown, ND, formerly of Fordville and Grafton, ND, died Friday, March 29, 2013 at Ave Maria Village, Jamestown. William Wallace McMillan was born March 16, 1919 on the family farm near Fordville, ND. He was the son of Arthur Smith Livingston and Helen (Ratcliffe) McMillan.
