Letter to the editor: Merricourt wind farm project needed in this area
I am writing this letter to show my support for the Merricourt Wind Project. I am a bit frustrated at Northern States Power. I am disappointed that it would not honor its agreement made with the developer enXco. We have heard numerous excuses such as birds and delays from the North Dakota Public Service Commission due to this winter’s severe weather.
