James Skadberg, age 79, of Carrington, ND, died Monday, April 1, 2013, at his home. James Allen Skadberg was born on December 24, 1933, the son of John and Mamie (Stokes) Skadberg in New Rockford, ND. He started farming with his brother Kermit after his dad died in a farm accident. In 1954, James attended college at NDSU in Fargo, ND.
