Same-sex marriage: Analysis shows N.D. to favor it by 2016
A majority of North Dakotans will be in favor of same-sex marriage by 2016, if we’re to believe Nate Silver. Silver, a statistician who blogs for the New York Times, predicts in a recent polling analysis that 51 percent of the state will favor same-sex marriage in just three years. By 2020, Silver predicts, that number goes up to 58 percent.

Woman faces child molesting charge
A Fargo woman charged earlier this month with gross sexual imposition against a 14-year-old boy in 1997 is now charged with another count of gross sexual imposition, this time against a boy who is 15 or 16. According to documents filed Wednesday in Cass County District Court, the alleged victim told police that Carrie Jean Berg, 38, molested him about once a month starting from the time he was 10 years old and continuing up until investigators interviewed him on Jan. 14.
