Seeding for state voted down
There will be no seeding system adopted for the Class B volleyball and basketball tournaments. The North Dakota High School Activities Association Board of Directors voted down the recommendation from the district chair 7-2 on Tuesday.

Leon Thielges was the senior leader of the 1976 LaMoure boys basketball team that won the North Dakota Class B state championship. The Loboes’ leader passed away Tuesday at the age of 54.
