Coming into the season, Jamestown had never beaten Grand Forks in girls hockey. Now, the Blue Jays have a winning streak against the Knightriders. Jamestown broke a 2-all third period tie by scoring three straight goals en route to a 5-3 win Friday at the Crookston Holiday. Without question, the Blue Jay girls hockey team was Jamestown High School’s feel-good sports story last winter.
