N.D. woman charged with murder
A Fort Yates woman accused of stabbing her boyfriend’s cousin to death will remain in custody until her trial. The Bismarck Tribune reported that Magistrate Judge Charles Miller ordered Morning Star Brown be held in the custody of the U.S. Marshal pending trial. Miller said Brown appeared to be a danger to herself and the community and a risk to not appear at future court hearings.
