Incumbents were re-elected to city seats on the Jamestown Public School Board Tuesday. Diane Hanson pulled in 2,772 votes to be elected to her first full term as a School Board member. She had served a year on the board after Scott Walch resigned to take a job in another city.

28 students earn their GEDs
The James Valley Adult Learning Center held its graduation ceremony on May 16 at the Jamestown High School theater. Twenty-eight students successfully completed the GED examinations this school year. Fourteen graduates attended the ceremony. Two graduates requested to remain anonymous.
