Lawmakers should strengthen the bench
North Dakota courts are very busy. There’s more business, more people and, inevitably, more need for judges. Responding to that need, the state Legislature will add three or four district judges to the Northwest, East Central and, perhaps, the South Central districts. It will be taxes well spent.
