Minot airman dies while deployed
An airman from the Minot Air Force Base who was deployed to Guam has died. Airman First Class Joshua Grier was found unresponsive Saturday at Anderson Air Force Base on Guam. The 20-year-old was transferred to Guam Memorial Hospital, where he was pronounced dead around 10: 30 a.m. The cause of Grier’s death remains under investigation.

Randolph Schulz
Randolph “Randy” Schulz, 90, passed away Friday, April 26, 2013 in Jamestown, ND. Randy was born December 15, 1922 in Woodworth, ND, the son of Albert and Wanda (Goter) Schulz. Randy served in the US Army and did a tour of duty during World War II. On October 2, 1948, Randy married Charlotte Gray of Buchanan, ND at New Home Lutheran Church in Woodworth. They farmed in the Woodworth area from 1948 to 1969 then moved to Jamestown. They were blessed with seven children.
