Lt. Mitch Brecto introduced Deb Hatlewick, from the North Dakota State University Extension Service in Stutsman County, to speak about 4-H at Kiwanis. She is the 4-H coordinator for Stutsman County. 4-H is for youth from 8 to 18. They compete against each other in various projects and activities. They can stay in 4-H until they are 23 as after 18 they are considered ambassadors who travel around the state and help with other 4-H clubs.
