Legislature sends mixed message

Rudolph Walz, 97, Grand Forks, ND, formerly of Jamestown and Pettibone, died Wednesday, March 27, 2013 at Woodside Village in Grand Forks. Rudolph Walz was born to Christian and Christina (Morlock) Walz on May 31, 1915, in Petersville Township, North of Pettibone, ND. He was baptized on August 8, 1915, at Zion Lutheran Church, Petersville, and confirmed his faith on April 13, 1930. He was united in marriage to Katherine Martin on December 10, 1936.
