Sylvia Geraldine Hoffer, 81, a resident of Fergus Falls, died Wednesday, May 15, 2013 at St. Francis Nursing Home in Breckenridge, Minnesota. She was born November 9, 1931, in Streeter, North Dakota, the daughter of August and Lydia (Meich) Schock. She attended school in Streeter, graduating in 1949.
