Two people were transported to the hospital after a chain-reaction crash damaged five vehicles Sunday, according to the Jamestown Police Department. The crash happened on the 700 block of First Avenue South around 10:50 a.m.

The Hospital Auxiliaries of North Dakota convention was held in Mandan, N.D., at the Seven Seas Motor Inn on May 17. Host auxiliaries were Jamestown, Valley City and Ashley. Attending were 147 members from 18 communities across the state. The theme was “Building for the Future.”
