JHS star notches 15th career win
Laura Kraft has made some good high school memories strolling the fairways at Minot Country Club.
Two years ago, the Jamestown standout claimed her first state title at MCC and on Monday she made yet another memory at the Minot Invitational.
Kraft went 5-under on her last 17 holes to finish with a 3-under 69 — the season’s first sub-70 round — to claim her third individual title of the year.

West Fargo and Fargo Shanley top the first Class AAA and AA football polls of the season. The Packers opened the season on Friday with a 6-0 win over Bismarck and got seven of the 12 first-place votes as a result.August 31, 2010

Hart, Lukach start fast
Erin Hart and Brooke Lukach wasted no time getting in the win column in 2010. Hart swept the 200 individual medley and the 100 backstroke, while Lukach was sharp in her opening outing on the diving board to lead the Blue Jays at the season-opening Spartan Invite at the Fargo North pool on Saturday.
