Lawyers for the NCAA and Pennsylvania Gov. Tom Corbett are being summoned to a federal courtroom in Harrisburg next month to argue about a motion seeking to dismiss Corbett's anti-trust lawsuit against college sports' governing body.
The North Dakota Department of Transportation (NDDOT) has issued a Travel Alert for southeast North Dakota including the cities of Jamestown, Ellendale, Edgeley, Valley City, Wahpeton, Fargo, Hillsboro and surrounding areas. Conditions are such that motorists can still travel in these areas, but should be advised that heavy snow and blowing snow is causing reduced visibility and icy conditions. Motorists are encouraged to reduce speeds and drive according to the conditions.
