The Jamestown Police Department is investigating at least five additional reports of lending money to a Jamestown man who has not paid it back. Elliot H. Meidinger, 55, 502 Fourth Ave. S.E., was charged with six counts of forgery after he allegedly stole more than $135,000 in a scheme to defraud six individuals.
