The Jamestown boy’s and girl’s basketball teams will both open the West Region Tournament Thursday against the Minot Magicians. The Blue Jay boys enter as the No. 4 seed and will start play at 4:15 at the Bismarck Civic Center Main Arena. The Jays, who carry a 10-9 record to Bismarck swept the Magicians during the regular season, winning in Minot 76-75 Dec. 18 and then here 62-57 Feb. 4.
