The Jimmie women’s bats were banging in Montana on Friday. Another week, another round of weather-related cancelations and postponements for Jamestown College. The Jimmie baseball team had their games Tuesday (Dakota Wesleyan) and Wednesday (Minot State) wiped out. The Jimmies, who have won 10 of their last 11 games, hope to play Mayville State (24-2-1) this weekend. Where that happens remains up in the air. It won’t be in Jamestown or Mayville. The Jamestown College women’s softball team split a pair of games at the Morningside Invitational being held at the SYA Softball Complex in Sioux City, Iowa on Friday.
