Frontier Airlines announced it will soon offer service from Bismarck.
In a news release, the company said it will begin offering nonstop service between Bismarck and Denver International Airport starting May 17.
The service will be offered year-round.
WASHINGTON (AP) — Congress has reached a bipartisan compromise to end the two-week partial shutdown of the Federal Aviation Administration that has idled 74,000 federal employees and construction workers and cost the government about $30 million a day in uncollected airline ticket taxes, Senate Democratic leader Harry Reid said Thursday.
John D. Odegard, a star in North Dakota aviation, is getting a stellar body named after him, according to the University of North Dakota.
156939 Odegard is an asteroid in the main belt between Mars and Jupiter. Preliminary data suggests it’s a 1 to 2 miles in diameter and makes an orbit around the sun once every four years.
