BISMARCK — Otter Tail Power Co.’s North Dakota customers will see higher electric bills as the utility adds more wind power to its energy sources, state regulators say. Otter Tail customers to get small refund, slightly lower bills
Otter Tail Power Co.’s North Dakota customers will get a small refund and pay slightly lower electric bills as part of a rate settlement approved by state regulators.
