GRAND FORKS (AP) — A master sergeant at Grand Forks Air Force Base is facing a court-martial late this month for alleged dereliction of duty.
The attorney for Master Sgt. Lisa Mashburn says she will be exonerated.
Base spokesman Master Sgt. Joseph Kapinos said Mashburn is the sergeant in charge of an operations center where an airman committed suicide in early August.
An airman stationed at Minot Air Force Base faces court-martial in the alleged sexual abuse of his 14-month-old son.
Base spokesmen said Senior Airman Clifton Huebner is charged with aggravated sexual contact. Court-martial proceedings are scheduled to begin April 6.
A Minot Air Force Base officer accused of stealing a missile launch control device will face a court-martial, the military says.
Capt. Paul Borowiecki, who was a missile combat crew member assigned to the base’s 91st Missile Wing, is accused of taking the launch control device in July 2005, rather than destroying it as required when it was no longer in use.
