The North Dakota Department of Transportation will begin mowing the top cut along shoulders of state highways within the next few weeks when weather conditions allow. Adjacent landowners who plan to mow non-interstate ditches for hay should cut the top before the state mows these areas. Some areas of the state may see a delay due to flooding. Private mowing is not allowed in medians of four-lane highways.
The North Dakota Department of Transportation announced today that a repair plan is in place and construction work for temporary traffic bypasses will start next week on N.D. Highway 22 north of Killdeer and other western state highways.
