The most recent changes to the Employee Free Choice Act currently before Congress have not improved the bill. In fact, the changes have made bad legislation even worse. EFCA must be defeated in order to allow our elected officials to focus on legislation that will actually help this country.
Correctional Officer Arlen Lind was chosen as Employee of the Month for January for the James River Correctional Center. Lind is able to work any post at JRCC and his supervisors said they know they can count on him. He is able to fill in as caseworker when needed.
Electrician Mike Moser was chosen employee of the month for May for the James River Correctional Center. Moser is a Master Electrician and the only electrician employed by the JRCC. Staff said he is always willing to help others out.
