Enderlin-Maple Valley knocked off the 2010 Class B Region 1 baseball champions not once, but twice in LaMoure on Thursday, sending the Eagles to the state Class B baseball tournament in Minot on June 3. Eagles starting pitcher Dillan Anderson kept the LaMoure-Litchville-Marion Loboes off the scoreboard until the sixth inning in the first game of the best-of-three series. Enderlin swept an American Legion baseball doubleheader from LaMoure on Tuesday night at Townsend Field in LaMoure. Zack Michaelson held LaMoure to six hits, walking six and striking out five to pick up the win in the opener, a 9-2 Enderlin victory. Taran Langland went 2-for-3 with two runs and an RBI, Darren Kasowski had two hits, including a double, scored a run and drove in one, and Michaelson had two hits, including a double.June 25, 2009

The Smithsonian, in partnership with the North Dakota Humanities Council, will bring its exhibit Journey Stories to local communities in North Dakota. The exhibit will be in Enderlin from May 30 to July 11 at the Enderlin City Auditorium. It will be on display from noon to 6 p.m. on Tuesdays through Sundays.June 04, 2009
Loboes notch two victories
The LaMoure-Litchville-Marion baseball team improved to 3-1 on Friday following a pair of victories at the Enderlin Class B baseball tournament. The Loboes’ Gaige Dunn tossed 15 strikeouts, while Aaron Stemen batted 2-for-3 and drove in three runs, to help L-L-M sneak past Munich Starkweather 8-6. LaMoure finished third in the Enderlin Wood Bat American Legion baseball tournament. Post 19 went 2-1 in the tournament. They won their opener 3-2 over the Enderlin JV. Brett Hample held Enderlin to three hits, walking three and striking out five to get the win. Ben Holen went 2-for-4 with two runs scored and a stolen base. Ben Watkins and Jared Pedersen each had a hit and an RBI.July 15, 2008

The Tarno Tigers split an amateur baseball doubleheader with the Enderlin Indies on Thursday night. Enderlin won the opener 8-5 despite being outhit 10-9. Brady Schoeler, Justin Connell, Jordan Grover and Shane Schoeneberg all had two hits for Tarno. Schoeler homered and Andrew Davidson drove in two runs.June 21, 2008
