GRAND FORKS (AP) — A man whose lawsuit against the U.S. Customs and Border Protection Agency was thrown out of federal court is appealing the case.
U.S. District Judge Ralph Erickson in September dismissed the lawsuit by Douglas Sczygelski.
A man fired by the U.S. Customs and Border Protection Agency after he sent letters with racist comments to hundreds of college students has filed a lawsuit, saying the agency violated his free speech rights.
