A $13 million Border Patrol station will be built in Pembina, N.D.
U.S. Customs and Border Protection plans to build the 30,000-square-foot facility on an undeveloped 10-acre parcel of vacant land in the southwest portion of the Pembina County community of 675.

North Dakota Gov. Jack Dalrymple has been asked to remove the Pembina County prosecutor from office.
A complaint against State’s Attorney Stuart Askew said he’s skipped county commission meetings and ignored requests for help in preparing search warrants. It said Askew treats county employees with contempt.
